What is your return policy? We want you and your child to love every toy! You may return unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Personalized items are non-returnable.

How should I care for the wooden toys? Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking in water. For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and dry thoroughly. Proper care helps the toys last for years.
